Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/deondmello16/IVR.git
  2. Install the required dependencies:

    pip install -r requirements.txt
    
  3. Run the main Python file:

    python main.py

Usage

Start the IVR system by running the main.py file. Speak into the microphone to ask questions. The system will process the voice input and provide automated responses based on the FAQs database.
