The GitHub scripts from Fall '18 are in this commit:

These scripts are not committed to this repo/package because they break the package build. For example, some scripts have dependencies that aren't declared in an info file (on mutt, github-api).

We should either:

1. fix up the scripts & add them here
2. save them in a separate repo / package
3. replace the scripts

Option 3 sounds best. Option 2 may be good to do, in case the new scripts do fewer things than the old ones.
