Hi,
Great module! Really easy to use.

But maybe a couple of quality of life improvements could be added:

1. Check that output folder already exists before outputting. If it doesn't either create the folder or skip with a warning (an option)
2. Add option to also output a .json file with an array of all names of the combined symbols (like sprite.svg.json)

If you want I can make a PR.
