Performance impact is negligible

Sometimes when the bot is started, it sends an incorrect server count to the bot trackers (always much too low, like fewer than 100). Presumably Eris is in some way not fully initialized by that point. Maybe investigate fixing it in Eris, or just add a delay before the first sending of stats.

User suggestion. Go back to the first page if someone clicks right on the last page. Desirability needs further consideration.

And use Travis to run them?

High priority due to multiple cases of alias collision with other bots.

Need something lower level than a navigation. Navigation can sit on top of it.

If the command isn't in the config, we shouldn't show it in the top level help, but we should still allow the advanced help to be brought up.

Sometimes people DM the bot an invite link to try to get it to join a server. Should reply with the bot's invite link.

k!h k shows the help for the Jisho command instead of the Kanji command.

Need something more flexible than commands and message processors.
