I can see script tags in Defaults for Maxcontext, Maxnode and Maxhost attributes.

4.5.3. Maxcontext

The maximum number of application contexts supported by mod_cluster. (Context: server config)

The url in the script is fails with 404.

Perhaps, that's not exactly clear - modcluster/mod_cluster#787

It's not even editable any more... so this looks like a good place.

It is necessary to

• check that examples are working
• fix configurations (e.g., do not use mod_cluster_slotmem)
• update steps and descriptions

Follow up on modcluster/mod_proxy_cluster#202 but we need to be very careful, as to not break people's setup.
