need error handling when no internet connection or timeout

I think this project need to handling when there is no internect connection or timeout. it can be handle below class

This version of the Android Support plugin for IntelliJ IDEA (or Android Studio) cannot open this project, please retry with version 4.2 or newer.

Current Android Studio is 4.0 stable channel. I have also tried in Canary Channel but when i check for updates it doesn't shows latest one.

Build error

C:\Android-Kotlin-MVI-CleanArchitecture\build\build-attribution\androidGradlePluginAttributionData: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I get this error when I try to run the app on the master branch.
