CSS does not work about torch

@rmad1717 We'd need more info on this. Did you follow all the instructions in the installation section of the README? If so, what does your nginx configuration look like?

Looks like you have a location matching rule that directs any request for css and image files to a specific location. Torch doesnt serve it's internal assets from that location. If you want them served from there, you'd need to add a step in your deploy to copy them to that directory, or modify your location match regex to not include torch specific assets in that match
