防止回复文案过长觉得吵闹，给用户多一个选择
正常应该保持停止键，只有用户手动点击停止，才会恢复成发送键
复现时，一般是遇到正在播放TTS时鼠标拖拽UI卡顿导致信号槽函数通信出现问题？
TTS优先级最高
只有动作变化，未看到宫殿
