interview-guide's Introduction

Interview Guide

Welcome to my interview guide!

My name is Nick and I'm a senior software engineer at Microsoft. I have participated in around 100 software engineering interviews on both sides of the table—as a candidate and an interviewer. I have passed interviews at both big tech/FAANG companies as well as smaller startups.

This guide is my attempt to codify my opinionated interview process for the benefit of the software development community.

Current build has no content

Just checked out this site for the first time and it looks like whatever you're using to generate the static pages is essentially skipping all the content except the initial image.

Where's the old site?

I found the previous site had a better format and the information was all there. New one seems to be missing stuff I remember being there before.

Can you point me to previous site?

Nvm, I could have sworn your reddit post led me to https://www.techinterviewhandbook.org/ but maybe it got confused. Anyways closing found the link on my history.

A small typo in docs/leetcode.md

Hi!

First of all thank you for this great resource, I highly appreciate your work. There is a small typo that I want to report - under the subtitle of "Using the NeetCode 150" first sentence starts with NeetcÇode.

Best regards,
Bakhtiyar.

Should I add study approaches to each section?

Question for anyone reading this list:

I have opinionated study approaches that I used for each section. For example, step-by-step of how to prepare for the leetcode-style interviews. Should I add those to the readme file, or is that sort of thing out-of-scope for a list of resources?
