Hey, which license is this under? Can I use it?

There seems to be a bug that happens when decoding the string :::, and probably other combinations as well.

Tried the following code and it gives the wrong result:

decodedString := base45Decode(":::")
encodedString := base45Encode(decodedString)
fmt.Println("Decoded string:", len(decodedString), decodedString)
fmt.Println("Encoded string:", len(encodedString), encodedString)

The output of the encoded string should be ::: but this is the output instead:

Decoded string: 4 ÅÃ
Encoded string: 3 UXO

A rationale for the existence of Base45 would be welcome in the specification. To store binary data in a QR-code, the most obvious choice is bytes. If the problem is scanners which expect text, an initial '\0' should be fine.

The go.mod files declares the module path to be frobbit.se/base45 but it 404s.
You can not run go get github.com/patrikhson/base45 as it will complain about the module path being frobbit.se/base45.
