While testing python code samples in this repository, I had to manually install each and every package mentioned among imports. It would be great to have one file where all used packages are listed. That saves so much time.
Recommended solution: requirements.txt which includes all packages used across python files.

I see that many algorithms do have their readmes but do not have a (theoretical) explanation for the concerning algorithm. I would like to add content to such readmes.
I see that the use cases/Examples of some for the Topics are added in the same directory with main-introduction files of topic. Can I properly structure the topics and sub-topics/examples. I have done that in ANN and NLP folders #77 can you please review that ?
