Using Kotlin's multi-platform feature, we can turn Vico into a multi-platform project. This requires that e.g. core have no JVM dependencies.

Relates to #6

JAXB is problematic in order to support building on JDKs newer than JDK8.

Can be fixed by replacing "%20" with " "

Relates to #7

krender is a implementation agnostic rendering API. This allows us to create a single RenderingSystem that can be used regardless of the rendering back-end.

Invalidates #8 as this would be a issue for krender.

It should be possible to query the version from the API

Replace XML configuration with a Kotlin DSL. This will allow plotting of values that are functions of each other.
