I can reproduce in Firefox 17 Windows and Linux. I have a fix in place on the RepoCMS homepage. The fix? I simply added a border CSS property to the header element.

Before:

#header {
    background: #333;
    margin: 0px;
    border-radius: 0px 0px 10px 10px;
    -webkit-border-radius: 0px 0px 10px 10px;
}

After:

#header {
    background: #333;
    margin: 0px;
    border: 1px solid #333;
    border-radius: 0px 0px 10px 10px;
    -webkit-border-radius: 0px 0px 10px 10px;
}

Kind of a silly bug with FireFox, I'd say.
