i think you should add a way to turn off or adjust the amount of search indexing on a per-page basis. for example the eng__links.txt menu file is always indexed.

Reproduce by searching for a unicode character, such as "Ж"

the floating-bar theme has a strange gap at the top of the page in firefoxx 17 on the repocms homepage. since the theme isnt available, i cant troubleshoot the problem myself and submit a fix. thx!

UTF-8 characters found in repoCMS source provide the following errors when cache-control.py tries to parse those files:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 84: ordinal not in range(128)

Please allow unicode and UTF-8 source files.

Hello,

I've seen in your faq a remark abou the docutils silently promoting a lone header to "document title", and indeed that can be confusing for newcomers, why not use that docutils settings: http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/user/config.html#doctitle-xform to turn it off by default, and thus make rst easier to handle for newcomers ?
