Could anyone explain anything? This whole orocos is really so hard to figure out. At least give us users some clues about what we are doing. Thanks!

Orocos is still under active development, just at a slower pace as the project has matured and stabilized. The website http://www.orocos.org/orocos/toolchain has not kept up with releases, and formal releases have slowed significantly due to maturity and overhead. This has definitely led to some out of date documentation.
Orocos and ROS go well together and are well integrated. You can see all the Orocos/ROS integration projects at either of the websites given above.
Starting with Orocos is trickier to answer. The "Getting started" documentation on the websites is out of date, and any mention of autoproj and orogen should probably be ignored now. You might try starting from this page https://orocos-toolchain.github.io, as I think it is the most up to date.
Hope this helps

Wow! That page is the most up-to-date thing ever! You really helped a lot. Really hope orocos could redirect http://www.orocos.org to https://orocos-toolchain.github.io/ now.
I feel really sorry to ask this, but could you please help me look at this issue ros-controls/ros_control#354. Even a little hint would be really appreciated!

Can anyone tell me why their is no register or sign in option in this page i.e Orocos forum ? I had registered my email here before 1 year ago but now that is also not working. And now their is no sign in option at all? Is this ok if the active users ask orocos related questions in github issue page ? And is this ok if users continue to use orocos framework for their robot projects?
