Need to create a pytorch RNN class that creates a custom RNN

Need to create a tensorflow NN class that creates a custom feedforward NN (i.e. not CNN or RNN) in tensorflow

We need to add more options for the type of layers that CNN networks can have,

e.g. we could add an option for transposed convolution layers

We need a site to host documentation for the module. This could potentially be done with GitHub Pages

At the moment we have NN, CNN and RNN network types but we could add more

e.g. we could add classes that build ResNets, U-Nets, Inception Nets, Autoencoders
