What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click on a non-selected residue within glycan builder
2. Right click menu appears to load in stages
3.

Appears to be a Swing threading issue, caused by Flamingo also updating the 
frame to show a context specific frame.

Selecting a residue doesn't update the linkage editor with it's linkage 
specification.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Clicking on the save button within the application menu doesn't do anything; 
hovering does present save options though.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Default behaviour should be that clicking save defaults to saving the workspace.

As in title

Currently an annotated report only includes annotated peaks.  A check-box 
should be added to the first report dialog box that allows users to request 
that all peaks in the peak list are added to the report.

1. Minimise button doesn't do anything
2. Specific to Substance LAFs

Make the residue task bar and linkage task bar visible above the split panes.

By default GWB will save the spectrum into the GWP file.  The default should be 
not to save the spectrum - but there should be an option to save it if the user 
requests.
