Nucleotide position error

Hi,
I'm looking for the positions of the mutations from the new CRyPTIC paper and it seems like there's an error in the numbering for rpoB, embB, embA, fabG1 and inhA - the nt position given is one position too low but they are the correct nt letter.

Both katG and pncA appear correct.

Wrong default path to genbank file

We are using genmucator but the default path to the genbank file is incorrect.

It specifies:

/home/ubuntu/.local/lib/python3.5/site-packages/gemucator-1.0.1-py3.5.egg/gemucator/../config/H37rV.gbk

when the file is actually (Rv is switched for rV)

/home/ubuntu/.local/lib/python3.5/site-packages/gemucator-1.0.1-py3.5.egg/gemucator/../config/H37Rv.gbk
