Hello!

Considering tomboy and xiki's behavior it might make sense to have Ctrl-Enter also included as a default key combination.

What do you think?

"Packages/SublimeWiki/Wiki.tmLanguage"

I assume this is because Wiki.tmLanguage is actually located in Packages/Wiki/ and not Packages/SublimeWiki/

Following the link and creating the page works fine.

Hello ! I just installed SublimeWiki via Will Bond's package control, and got this error when I tried to follow a WikiWord :

"Error loading syntax file "Packages/SublimeWiki/SublimeWiki.tmLanguage": Error parsing plist xml: Failed to open file In file "Packages/SublimeWiki/SublimeWiki.tmLanguage""

It indeed seems that the syntax file isn't here, since nothing happens when I write test for instance.

You've already mentioned this as an issue. I didn't want to clone your repo, then submit a pull request for a one line change, so here's my solution to your regex issue.

\b(|_)(**|[^*_])+?(|_)\b

I added a match in there for a double star (**) for another issue that kind of bothered me. If you have a bold section inside an italicized section, only the bold would get highlighted. I still don't like this solution because now the italics overpower the bold. I also haven't looked into changing the bold regex to fix the flip side of this case (italics inside of bold.
