Need to test this against RPi to see if Linux is supported in general. Need to add windows support.

First of all, thanks for your efforts. I've read the online version of this book a while ago and I think it's very interesting.
I also wanted to buy the Kindle version when I knew it existed, but I found that it's not available for Kindle Paperwhite.

Do you plan to ever adapt it for this device?
I don't know what prevents you from doing this. It's often due to images or things rendered in such a way that the Paperwhite cannot really handle, but this book doesn't have something like that afaik.

The var h is not used in that function and looks like a copy-paste typo. In the book, there's no context for the function, so it looks more puzzling.
