Create subdomain for React documentation website in new languages about translations.react.dev

The following Netlify and Cloudflare settings have been created:

• Greek (el.reactjs.org)
• Gujarati (gu.reactjs.org)
• Kurdish (ku.reactjs.org)
• Central Khmer (km.reactjs.org)
• Telugu (te.reactjs.org)
• Lithuanian (lt.reactjs.org)
• Urdu (ur.reactjs.org)
• Swedish (sv.reactjs.org)
• Thai (th.reactjs.org)
• Georgian (ka.reactjs.org)
• Kannada (kn.reactjs.org)

I don't know what those are. I'm not actively monitoring this effort.

If there's a list somewhere (preferably in a GitHub issue that can be assigned to me) I'll add it to my work queue.

@tesseralis how much translation needed to finish in order to get subdomain? Could you look at mn.reactjs.org 's process to see if it's suitable for getting the domain, please?
