Currently when a species goes extinct we go to the previous generation and mark it as the last (red). If we instead mark the species as extinct in the generation that goes extinct we get this.
This prevents an extinct species from having descendants and also fixes this issue. Because the species had no population by the end of these generations and the species did not evolve, it may be more appropriate to replace the red circles with unclickable red Xs
from thrive.

- Thermoplast suddenly becomes available to open in a LAWK game, but it shouldn't be, and there are no thermosynthases HOT 7
- Colony members with a removed parent should try to re-parent to a nearby cell (instead of always detaching)
- Native library fails to load on some CPUs it should work on (non-AVX variant)
- Controller tab movement prompts are positioned incorrectly now
- Tutorial and how to play display question marks when movement keybinds rebound
- Signaling agent command GUI text is no longer centered
