Has been down for at least a few days.

I noticed (actually, couple of weeks already) the service http://slowwly.robertomurray.co.uk is down permanently - the response from Heroku is:

Application error
An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details.

Is this the end of service? Any ideas how to "extend" the plan?

so there are two scenarios, slow to connect and slow to responce. is there a way to test former?

Allow requesting a random delay time. Could be useful in testing...

I am getting error because of the character set case i think . Please check if it should be UTF-8 and not utf-8

I'm running a local version of this and am making request to it from a browser, but I get the error "No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."

I'm not a Ruby developer, unfortunately, so I'm not sure how to modify the source to allow Sinatra to serve responses with the correct header to allow this.

Any advice?

It will be good to mock server errors too - it will help a great deal in unit testing the clients.
