update broadcast logic to look for roles
should look for roles if to broadcast or not
Implement new command to allow admins to designate channels as broadcast channels
new command /houseparty admin broadcast set
When users join that channel it will broadcast
Reaction Message can only be editted from same channel
Reaction message can only be editted from same channel. Need to see what the best solution is either
- recreate table.
- try do a live ongoing migration (in my prod there are like 2 servers using this)
Maybe doing the live ongoing migration is easiest and since i have like 2 servers running this it will not take long since I just need to iterate over all text channels till i find the channel which has the message
