Add tests for analysis

Test the analysis part of the tutorial to make sure it works correctly. For example, the text currently suggests running the plot_stat.py script, which does not exist.

Tutorial webpage points to a file that is not in the github repo

https://integrativemodeling.org/tutorials/actin/analysis.html mentions a plot_stat.py in the scripts folder which is missing from this github repo.

Error using the SAXS restraint

Running modeling.py with the latest IMP release (2.13) returns an error
"Module isd2 not installed. Cannot use SAXSISDRestraint"
This is because the SAXS restraint in PMI (saxs.py) imports the module isd2 which is not found in IMP 2.13. All references to isd2 probably need to be fixed.

Use imp-sampcon repository for analysis scripts

We currently include our own (subtly modified) copy of the analysis scripts in the tutorial. Now that https://github.com/salilab/imp-sampcon is public, use this repository (as a submodule or subtree) in the tutorial.
