pi_servo_hat's Introduction

SparkFun Pi Servo pHAT

Pi Servo pHAT

SparkFun Servo pHAT for Raspberry Pi (DEV-15316)

The Pi Servo pHAT is a hat that adds, via I2C, the ability to control up to 16 servo motors with a Raspberry Pi. It is the same size and form factor as a Pi Zero or Pi Zero W. The Pi Servo pHAT is great for adding pan/tilt control with the Raspberry Pi Camera to create homemade motion-activated security systems, webcam interfaces for streaming, or monitoring stations for any number of projects and adventures.

pi_servo_hat's Issues

doublecheck for v00....

  1. Is the version number correct? [NO]
    comment: v00 or v01?

  2. Is the I2C address in the schematic? [NO]
    comment: No sir

  3. Is the LED color standard followed? (red for power, blue for STAT, green for TX, yellow for RX) [NO]
comment: RX is red and TX is yellow. Should be: RX - yellow, TX-green

  4. Is there a correct version number in the copper (aligned properly with the edge of the PCB)? [YES]
    comment: v00 or v01?

  5. Are all LEDs labeled with their purpose? [NO]
    comment: RX/TX are not labeled

There were also a few GND pour issues:
PCA chip
no path to gnd

FT231:
ft231nopath

Lastly, I could not understand why you had put "typ" following the dimension for the standoffs. I don't know if that's entirely necessary.
