Logging rosout into "flat" collection about mongodb_store

No reason except time. It’s next on the list. I will try and do it over the next days although I have other higher priority tasks so it may not happen until the end of next week.

Also logger.py will be deprecated and we will switch to mongodb_log so this shouldn’t really be inspected for the DaCTaF requirements.

The overall logging is not particularly advanced, but at least I think the message storage format is fixed. If you run

rosrun mongodb_log mongodb_log.py /rosout_agg

you will get messages stored in the database roslog under the collection rosout_agg. I will probably make some changes such that roslog dbs get archived after each run, but the overall format should probably remain fixed if you want to developer the viewer against it.
