data_set_OGD.npz

I was interested in the data set it chose to use, however, I couldn't open it by using the NumPy 'load' function in python, can anyone tell me how to open that npz. files. Thank you

How to run it

Excuse me. I'm so interested in your research work and I wanna test your code, but your code doesn't seem to work on my computer. It would be much appreciated if you can share some tips for running your code.
Thanks a lot.
