Re-license as GPL v3.0

Reasons:

  • We are planning to integrate some GPL software in the future such as KConfig and Sierra. It gives me piece of mind that there is reduced risk of breaking the GPL license if we ourselves are GPL.
  • The Robot Wars community is all about sharing work and helping each other out, GPL suits this.
