The long names are truncated due to the minimum size of the UI window, you may resize it by stretching it to the right/left and you would be able to view the entire name. This is purely a design choice and not a bug. Thank you!

Reason for disagreement: Not every user may have the luxury of having a large screen to expand the window. Even if they do, they may wish to share the screen space with other apps. The project constraints require that the app should not cause any resolution-related inconveniences for the user given certain screen sizes and scales. This issue causes inconvenience since it hides part of the name of the customer and the user may never be able to view the rest of the name.

Reason for disagreement: This is not just a cosmetic issue since it affects the user's ability to view the data stored in the app. In rare cases, the user may be completely unable to view the rest of the name without acquiring a bigger screen if the name is still partially hidden with the app fully maximised.
