Chapter 10 and Chapter 11 issues

Hello,

Some variables in some parts of the codes (Chapter 10 and Chapter 11) are not defined.
For example, the branch_metric in STTC_detector.m and y and H as the inputs to the functions in Chapter 11.
Could you please help with solving the issues?
