关于未来计划

正如：Mrs4s/go-cqhttp#2471

官方对协议库堵截越来越狠，我自己搭的机器人最近也会被频繁风控

本项目也很长时间没有维护了，算是做个笔记吧

未来可能会使用 Chronocat，也可能还会维护项目（虽然项目很烂），不过最近确实没时间弄了，等以后有时间再弄吧

最后感谢 go-cqhttp 项目社区及开发者的付出！go-cqhttp 让我可以自己搭建机器人，这真的太酷了！

同时也希望 go-cqhttp 的作者 Mrs4s 以后可以开发出更棒的项目！
