Lack of variation between adventerers.

I think it'd make the game a lot more engaging if new adventurers were to have a set of stats or at the bare minimum different dps than each other, it would make sending adventurers away have a use instead of kind of wasting time. Also, new adventurers show up very slowly and the upgrades are very minimal for everything.
