We have used makeblastdb to create custom database, But the custom database is not displayed on the home page.

Hi, I find a your blast tool from here. But I don't know why it is not work for me.
I also add my local database to db file, but they were not found in web page.
Could you help me?

First, thank you for creating an intuitive usage for BLAST for it can be locally run.
I have integrated your BLAST in my website that will host an upcoming Genome Browser.

I can make it online. Although, I did not manage to generate a blast result.

Every time I click "Search" I get "File Creation Failed!"

So, I cannot make the tool usable. Any help on this end you can offer me? You can find it here

Hi. I set up the locBLAST on a Linux php server and when I ran the demo, a message "File Creation Failed!" appeared. I think the possible problem is Linux permission. Could you help what I can do with this situation? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm trying to use locBLAST by wampserver on win10, but when I used sample protein sequence which is the 'DEMO' to search, it returned 'Invalid Input/Program/Database Selection!'. The PHP Version is 7.4.33.
I have no clue how to solve it.
