I'm reading your code and I dont understand what mission of tim1_interrupt handle.
you writted if(TIM1->CNT < 2250/2) {...}, but as I known, if jump into the interrupt handle in this case, the CNT would be 0 or 2250. And if true, it cant be out of IF LOOP because CNT always 0. Or I understand mistake your code.
Please help me this issues.

While programming STM32F103C8 board I'm getting following error--

\platform\syscalls.c(13): error: #5: cannot open source input file "sys/types.h": No such file or directory

as it is system level file so I think mine compiler is not installed rightly. What's the actual reason.
How to solve it?

Hey , nice work thanks for sharing . In stop mode HSE clock stops. Why did u set HSE clock again and why did not use LSI or LSE for wake up . I just wonder and try to learn rtc . Thanks again :)
