When I added the spell-check feature (#6), monkeypants/admin@93ab461 broke the doc-build (subsequently fixed with monkeypants/admin@42f1cfc).

I only noticed by chance the next day. Readthedocs noticed immediately. This ticket is to make readthedocs alert me (and anyone else who want's to know) when the doc-build fails. Presumably there are features for that, which we should figure out how to use.

This sphinxcontrib-issuetracker module makes it easy to reference items in an issue tracker (such as github issues) from within the documents.

do we want to use it, or do we consider github issues ephemeral?

I have started tinkering with a CI server script to maintain current meeting minute templates. It needs a non-bogus account / email, so it's clear what's going on

In preparation for our presentation to Belconnen SES,

The main info we'd want to know is, who are you all, what
the outback challenge is, how you guys did up in Queensland,

the OBC2012 page should at least have:

• a few pictures of us / the muggin / joe
• some text describing our OBC2012 campeign
• various links

further to #1, our presentation to Belconnen SES should cover

what you're capable of doing at the moment, as well as what you're
working on/think might be possible, and what you guys want to know
from us.

We should create some material covering this.

Currently, if you read the documents in book order, the first meeting minutes you encounter is the least recent one. This is wrong. Reading minutes is a journey into the past, it should start with the present.

It would be nice if every topic page (with a TRL assessment) linked to the relevant TRL definition, and the TRL definitions listed the topics at that TRL (with links).

How to do that? Custom docutils directive?
