readarray is not supported by zsh (osx)

readarray as used here: https://github.com/Deleh/gis/blob/master/gis#L92 is not supported on systems that only have zsh installed. Would be nice to use a different approach. See here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23842261/alternative-to-readarray-because-it-does-not-work-on-mac-os-x

[enhancement] add path for git repos

e.g. something like:

robot_ws/src
  cob_command_tools              [✓]     indigo_dev (+2)
  cob_common                     [✓]     kinetic_dev
  cob_control                    [✓]     melodic_dev (+2)
  cob_docking                    [✓]     indigo_dev (+4)
  cob_driver                     [✓]     kinetic_dev (+1)
  cob_hardware_test              [✓]     indigo_dev

gis autocomplete with zsh

autocomplete does not seem to work with zsh. For example gis f tab tab results in:

gis f_gis_completion:2: commands: attempt to set associative array to scalar 
_gis_completion:2: commands: attempt to set associative array to scalar
_gis_completion:2: commands: attempt to set associative array to scalar

Cancelling of gis fetch and gis pull does not work as excpected

If you cancel gis fetch or gis push using CTRL-C already started git operations continue to run in the background. They should be cancelled as well and gis should only exit to the bash prompt if there will be no more output of background tasks.
