Triangles are useful!

It would be nice to have a version with line thickness and a solid one.

It does make sense to have a single method for every primitive, with a optional parameters for filling it

Upon build:

No issues though

There is already a working sample project, but the project does need more documentation.

Documentation can be based on the original at https://bitbucket.org/C3/2d-xna-primitives/wiki/Home, just updated and improved where possible.

To be more compatible with modern .NET projects

DrawCircle has no way of filling circles.

This should be implemented in the same way as #3
