Great work on this!

I tried to follow the Docker installation from the Wiki but ran into a snag.

docker pull octant/swab-seq

Using default tag: latest
Error response from daemon: manifest for octant/swab-seq:latest not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

It seems the latest tag is missing from dockerhub.

The command that worked for me was

docker pull octant/swab-seq:0.1.1

Status: Downloaded newer image for octant/swab-seq:0.1.1
docker.io/octant/swab-seq:0.1.1

While setting up the docker image I kept getting the error that a previous version of future was being installed that was not compatible with the current version of furrr. I changed the Dockerfile to use rocker/verse:3.6.3 instead of rocker/verse:3.6.2 and everything installed fine. I have not checked if the analysis pipeline behaves properly yet, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it's a general problem or just a problem that I ran into.

A user has discovered that empty values for "index" or "index2" in the plate maps break platemap2samp.py.

For now, the workaround is to fill those well positions with junk index sequences.
