Compilation error for vtk-4.4 about pcl

Ubuntu lucid only contains vtk 5.2, but it's end of life this month, so I'm in favor of changing this.

I will make some arguments in favour of the pcl_context_item.h so you can understand why did we make this change.
If we use the image canvas source class we can't get the transparency properly since that class is meant for drawing applications. We want shapes to be added on top of images (overlays) and from the several tests I made the only class capable of is the vtkContextItem.

Given that we want to migrate to the new VTK 6 soon, it probably does not make too much sense to keep backward compatibility with super old versions of VTK. The visualization code has way too many ifdefs already.
