Hi folks!
Even though this conversation was taken offline (via BcnEng Slack), I want to publicly mention what we've talked so far.
The expectations about the co-owner role I accepted are mainly acting as a backup of @alexpdp7. That includes handling issues, PR's, , research, community engagement, etc in case Alex, for whatever reason, can't handle it.
As a nice to have, help at any time with these duties on my own.
Something we've discussed is the need for keeping this team inclusive and diverse. IMHO we need a call to action and expand the team further and look for, at least, one extra person member of an underrepresented collective. I'm happy if I should drop off eventually of my role if, in exchange, we bring that person into the team.
Happy to help maintaining this initiative!

Contacted @smoya who volunteered in #89 . I think I would maintain the two "unavailable" members (so when they are back, they're free to resume their participation, or decide to quit), but discussing whether to add another temporary member, or maybe two- esp. if we can "rediversify" the team.

After talking to smoya, added him as an owner. Discussing next steps with him.
