Consider removing part of the top caption starting with 'run XXX' This is not needed withing the context of a SeqQC page.

Both are used to create encapsulated modules. The latter does asynchronous loading and works only in a browser. The former loads synchronously and works also under nodejs. The js files have to be combined in right order into a single minimised file. In practice in production js is concatenated into a single js, so not much difference. Being able to test and run bcviz under nodejs within a command line utility is attractive.

create critic task: code checker and code style (decide on style)
create test task both for original and minified version
create minify/uglify task, add minified version to githib with a version in the file name; consider embedding a version veriable into the minified js

It modifies the data we pass to the function. Inconsistent with reuse of data in on-demand rendering.

Move src directory to the top level, remove js directory
In src create subdirectories for js that deals with json filea and js that deals with bamcheck files, move js files into these two directories.
Configure bower to create top-level lib directory for external dependencies, adjust tests and demos accordingly
