ORB_SLAM2-IOS

This is iOS port of ORB-SLAM2 with modified dependency for iOS.

And this link is iOS port of ORB-SLAM1.

You need to download some dependency and opencv2.framework from https://pan.baidu.com/s/1i5fsyot

Unzip orbslam2ios.zip and put the dependency folder and opencv2.framework in the orbslamios folder.

You can do some AR projects. If you are interested in SLAM-AR, you can see my another project Stereo-SLAM-AR.

Add simple text AR

Hi,
I'm an student and my research is to do some basic AR application with orb-slam2. But I'm new to iOS programming and orb-slam. Would you please help me?
I want to add some simple text as AR objects to screen. How can I do this in current project? What should I use to do so?

Static_assert failed "Allocator::value_type must be same type as value

Hello,
when trying to compile this code, my Xcode shows the Static_assert failed "Allocator::value_type must be same type as value in map.cc at line 820. Does it has something to do with my compiler version? I am using Xcode 9.2.

how about the performance on iOS

Hi, I heard that the Android port of ORB is not quite successful due to the low frame rate. So what is the frame rate for localization on iPhone6S or other apple devices pls (suppose the mapping has been done in advance)?
