Hello David,

in file pcd2binvox.cpp, at line 236-254 follow problem arises.

If run_length == 255 and voxels_bitset[i+1] != voxels_bitset[i] write the function an pair of (!run_value and run_length = 0)! => write (0 0) or (1 0).

For solution this error: insert "run_value = voxels_bitset[i+1];" after line 243, with this injection works really fine.
