ardupilot-legacy's Issues

Compile/link error at compilation for Pixhawk

I am now able to successfully compile the master development branch of diydrones/ardupilot for the Pixhawk. However the compilation/link fails when I replace with with your samuelctabor/ardupilot. I think I tried all branches.

At first it failed complaining about a missing edf.h file. I replaced the entire ardupilot/libraries/AP_Math directory with the latest from the diydrones branch, but other issues now come up.

How and what shoud I compile for a successful build ?

Thanks

Flight Test

Just compiled today's EKF-wip -using make for now- and I'm ready to test it:
imag0004
Not exactly a high performance glider at 1.5 kg but I hope it will serve as an OK testing platform. One thing it does have is a high range in terms of RC, video and telemetry link.

If I got it right this will function in auto mode where it will look for a decent climb rate while flying along waypoints and in a 'thermal situation' enter sort of a circle mode and go back to the waypoints once it reached a certain alt?

I am not so sure how I can test this. I just have your and peter's xplane/google earth screenshots in mind and I could try something like that just in a smaller scale for a start.

Dev environment set up

Hi,
I'm trying to set up the compilation environment, following the "Development using VirtualBox" procedure of README.md

At step 4: vagrant ssh -c "ardupilot/Tools/scripts/install-prereqs-ubuntu.sh -y".
I get the following error:
ts/install-prereqs-ubuntu.sh -y".
There were warnings and/or errors while loading your Vagrantfile
for the machine 'default'.

Your Vagrantfile was written for an earlier version of Vagrant,
and while Vagrant does the best it can to remain backwards
compatible, there are some cases where things have changed
significantly enough to warrant a message. These messages are
shown below.

Warnings:

  • config.vm.customize calls are VirtualBox-specific. If you're
using any other provider, you'll have to use config.vm.provider in a
    v2 configuration block.
ssh executable not found in any directories in the %PATH% variable. Is an
SSH client installed? Try installing Cygwin, MinGW or Git, all of which
contain an SSH client. Or use your favorite SSH client with the following
    authentication information shown below:

Host: 127.0.0.1
Port: 2222
Username: vagrant
Private key: C:/Users/Fabien/.vagrant.d/insecure_private_key
